Responsible to lead team of software engineers, assigned for installation, training & commissioning of software which are part of overall project. Also to lead the team to support software customers under warranty & SLA. Must have good communication skills to be able to coordinate with customers.
Software analysis, problem solving & quality assurance skill sets will be required to ensure his team is able to satisfactorily complete installation & resolve complaints within assigned time frame and with customer satisfaction.
