Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the different department, and ensure adequate product availability for customer orders.
  • Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients, and ensure necessary resources are available.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
