Job Description:
We are seeking a Male Customer Service Executive to handle client interactions, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support.
- Maintain logs and records of customer interactions.
- Visit client ends to resolve queries & make strong relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Only male candidates will be considered for this role.
